How to View Your Current Subscription

This section provides a clear and detailed overview of all your current and past subscriptions. Its purpose is to give you a transparent record of your subscription status, billing amount, and upcoming payment dates, ensuring you can manage your subscriptions effectively and make sure you pay on time.

  1. Log in to your Unspam.email account.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription page from the main menu.
  3. Click on the Current Subscription tab.
  4. You will see a list of your subscriptions, both active and inactive.

How to Upgrade, Downgrade

The Subscription page allows you to change your plan at any time to better suit your needs. Your plan can grow or shrink along with your business.

  3. To change your plan, find the plan you want and click the Upgrade or Downgrade button below it.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your subscription, that’s perfectly fine. You will retain full access to the app until the end of the subscription’s paid period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and your account access will be adjusted accordingly.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your Unspam.email account.
  2. Go to the Subscription page.
  3. Click on the Current Subscription tab.
  4. You will see a list of your subscriptions, both active and inactive.
  5. In the list of your subscriptions, locate the one you want to cancel.
  6. Click the Delete button under the Action column to initiate cancellation.
  7. Confirm the cancellation if prompted.
